Hello, does this plugin still work?

Bought over a year ago. Tried numerous times to get support. Only got occasional responses. Now it would appear that the plugin has not been updated in more than 2 years, and our support time has run out. I’m not inclined to purchase additional support when I couldn’t get any in the first place. This plugin has SO much potential, but support/development is severely lacking. You could have had a client with 50+ properties with yearly support renewals if you were responsive to support questions. At this point, we have to abandon our plans to use your plugin, and I’ll be posting a 1 star review because of the lack of support.

Hey, I love mapplic so much! I’m just having a problem with getting my map to display. I’ve been trying to reach out but haven’t received a response. May I get your help? Look forward to hearing back from you!

It is an incredible plugin for wordpress (many and good features), for more than a year I am trying to buy it, along with two others that have and are very useful for a personal project that I have and I would like to develop, but unfortunately do not have good support, almost never answer, once I wrote after almost 10 attempts to contact and the answer was that they would give more support and would update it, but that never happened, it is important to update, because in the comments there are many compatibility problems with WP and others. Without this it is impossible to buy this or the extension.

Hopefully they will update it someday, or another similar plugin will arrive.

Is this plugin still active? It doesn’t look like it’s been updated in quite some time. If it is still active, question: If I have 10 locations in one USA state, can the map just be of the state and be clickable per 10 different “regions”? Basically divide a state into 10 regions and make those clickable or on-hover to see information about the office?

I have a world map with no more than 20 point with tooltips. Tested in several mac desktop browsers and noticed that at certain point is very difficult to open the tooltip clicking in the icon. I’m using SVG icons… sometimes it opens the tooltip sometime not, even if we click several times in the icon … it’s really annoying and it also happens in the plugin demonstration (world map)... maybe we need some update? any suggestion to solve this problem? Thank you!
