I just bought your counter Addon for WP bakery because it should be able to, as you quote “Plan your each count increment each day or whatever”, but I can’t find that option anywhere. Could you help me out?
Also, the counting animation doesn’t seem to work, it jumps to the end number immediately.
The support form doesn’t work (recaptcha not found), so could you help me out here please?

Hi there, thanks for your purchase! there should be an option “Increment Count Value” and “Increment Start Date” in the plugin options.

Those options aren’t there. I can only see the basic setting described in your documentation, but there isn’t a option to count up (increment)

It shows infinity because you wrote to options “infinity” instead of numeric value.
Where do I change from infinity to number, please?
And what is the maximum resolution period for the left and right classes?

how can I add a space under the under so its not so close to the title? Also I tried to increase the font size and style but doesn’t seem to reflect on the front end.

Hey there I will take a look and give a solution.
You need to add font size value as 16px etc.. You’ve only enter as value 36. This is the trick.
Thank you one more thing, this may be a custom feature and dont know if you have a paid customization service.
I would like the counters on my website to increase incrementally. EX: the first count is “vehicles bought” I would like that to increase by 3 everyday. The second counter is “amount spent buying” I would like that to increase by $17564 each day.
Is that possible?

You need to enter a count value 465 it will be convert automatically decimals. Don’t use 4.65 you should use 465 directly
But you are using theme’s counter right now. You should use our addon for this.

Hello, we have buyed the plugin and we have a question. Can the animated numbers start when the section “enters” the browsers viewport?? I noticed that numbers start animating when the page is loaded, but this is not ok for me.
Hey there thanka for your purchase. That animation comes with default VC and you can change, disable, enamle css animations. Maybe you can try to disable animation.

Hi, I have some questions: may I change the font and font size? and another, is it possible to put empty space after every thousand? I need number like: 23 000 or 7 000 000 – is it possible?
Hey you can change font related all things. Currently only suffix and prefix supported but we’ll add you suggested options too.
