We have just checked this module with Magento 2.4.1 and found some incompatibilities related to editing email template images. Other email integration and sending features are working well.
We will resolve this problem in the next version soon.

My emails templates are not working or send. I get this error: An error occurred while sending your email: Type Error occurred when creating object: Magento\Email\Model\Transport\Interceptor

Help! Our production/live server isnt sending emails

Magento version. Full related messages from Magento logs in /var/log If you have development environment with same setup – it will be best if you can provide access to it so we can debug and fix this problem there.

Have a major issue! The email plugin is preventing ORDERS from completing. Didnt realize this until recently. Cant imagine how many orders were stopped.
When testing on my CC it tries to process then generates this error:
“Invalid template file: Nwdthemes_EmailTemplates::original_content_wrap.phtml” in module: “block’s name: ’\magento\framework\view\elemt\template_1’
Please help fix this asap
Btw I am using Magento 2.3.2. Is this an error with the latest version. Is this supported?

We have found problem with Magento 2.3.2. It was related to area set to webapi when processing templates on checkout. Fixed it by moving missing templates to base.

Please don’t worry about orders – it was not preventing orders from creation – just sales email was not sent.
Hello, I would like to cancel the order for this as I thought it would enable me to edit the transactional emails within Magento – unfortunately it does nothing more than add custom headers and footers and is crashing when I try to edit the logo used.
Please let me know how to cancel the order regards

3. We have checked compilation on 2.1.x and 2.2.x versions but did not get similar error. It would be great to know your magento version and check it directly on your server.

1. I’m not willing to give you an access at my server. For sure. 2. I paid for ready made product. I’m not willing cooperate with you to solve all the issues. It should already work as expected. 3. Email sent. 4. Sorry for the screenshoots. But I don’t want install your buggy plugin again. I already lost 1/2 of day.
Thanks for information. Just re-checked compilation in 2.2.5 and it is working fine on clean installation.
1. Your issue might be connected to the fact that you did upgrated from magento 2.1.x version before compilation. Check corresponding thread from magento 2 github, people has exactly same error message as you – https://github.com/magento/magento2/issues/11190
2. Thats true. But different servers has different setup, sometimes it is hard to guess issue reason without checking it live.
3. I do not see any email from your in any folder. Please send it once again.
Overall it is hard to help a customer without cooperation and communication. Please consider changing your mind on the matter. Otherwise best solution is to get a refund and forget about bad experience with our extension.
