Hi, I’m about to test this on a photographer’s site.
Is php imagick required? Also what is the preferred Max File Uploads value you suggest?
Lastly, if I do not want to use this on the site I am testing, can I deactivate the license and use on another that may be more appropriate based on how it performs and or if the client likes or does not like the vector thumbnails?
Please let me know before I activate and test…

Thank you for your purchase. 1. about Max File Uploads: The plugin doesn’t use this php setting in any way, so you don’t have to increase it. 2. about domain activation: yes, you can easily deactivate your domain and activate another one at any time. Also, you can write to us on the support forum, and we can increase the number of activations for you if it’s really needed.

Oh no, it’s not required, it’s needed if you want to further compress lqip’s placeholder size. You can also use GD. If you do not have these extensions, for compression will be used standard php methods, they are less productive but do the same

Does it automatically reduce the size of all the images on my site? And is it open to any number of photos? My site is large and contains about 5000 images, will it work on it completely?

The plugin does NOT optimize the images themselves, it speeds up their initial loading by adding lazy-load, and also smoothes the process of this loading by adding LQIP (low quality image placeholders).
Our main goal was to preserve the original image quality and size, while maximizing the speed of their initial loading.

UPD: the plugin works with any number of images, it has an asynchronous handler that allows you to work with it on the background, as well as interrupt parsing at any time (to plugin work initially, it must scan all images on the site)
