Thank you… I really like the Plugin but I was very surprised to see that there are no options for mobile view. I do see that there’s one setting for full screen on mobile, which is normally great but it’s not true full screen if I have border radius on the popup and padding on the overlay. So I ask you if it is possible for you to make it so that when enabling full screen on mobile, it removes the overlay padding and border radius on the popup. This is very important.

Hello! We haven’t tested the Snitcher with Gravity Forms but if you can add a form via shortcode to the page you will be able to display the page in the popup. You can use the Assignments settings in the popup to make it visible for a certain role

Hello! I can’t reproduce the issue with the translation of the words “top, bottom, right, left” or “blur and spread”. They are listed in the .pot file and can be translated. Please specify how we can reproduce the problem on our side.

Just change your wordpress language and translate this word: top, or bottom… the translation will works on admin. Ok! But this will bug, and if you change the value of the field to 1, 2 or what number you want and click save, this will not save. And you will not see the arrow up and down when you translate this words. Maybe this is changing the variable that need to be save, to the name that we translated, and its not saving… something like this.

I can live with the problem mentioned above – however, I have since discovered more problems. The option to display a page (as opposed to a WYSIWYG) in the pop-up modal – always appears blank. And a Contact Form 7, setup to redirect with parameters, when inside a popup modal, breaks the parameters chain, only sending the first. Both tested on latest WP and PHP 7.4, with no other plugins. Are you able to reproduce?

The plugin does not provide the scheduled popup display but you can limit the number of popup impressions to one client or limit the number of days when the popup will not be shown. <be> ” is it possible to use a page filling popup as a content blocker” – yes, you can disable the close button and other ways to close the popup so the window can block the content.

We offer you a refund not because we do not want to solve this problem but because we took all possible measures in the last update and didn’t solve the problem completely. The Snitcher works with WP Bakery on our side but still doesn’t work on our site. During the deeper investigation, we do not exclude that such problems are possible for customers due to the technical peculiarities of the WPBakery builder, which affects compatibility with our popup plugin. In this regard, we had to exclude the WP Bakery builder support in order to avoid such problems for our users.
The issue with the “Block scrolling” feature is not reproduced. We can consider it on your site if you continue to use the plugin.
