does this system work without appointment module like patients get service with out booking appointment rather than get service by their order. if the first patient came to the hospital the system saw him as the first patient and get the first diagnosis, if the second came he get the second service. by this way customers can get service according to their order

The system is suited to a clinic that does not sell medicines to walk in clients , the flaw is payments and payment list only appear for someone who has gone through the process of checkup and medicine prescription, its not suited for a big facility or for a small facility that sells medicine to walk in clients, there are much better system in code canyon that handle the above. i asked the question does it offer pharmacy before i purchased and the author answered yes , what he didnt answer is the pharmacy is not standalone and is integrated into checkup. Really disappointed in purchasing this system.

saw it, how long does a paid customization gets delivered? some features which i dont see include , a dedicated pos for pharmacy , reports on medicine sales , alot of reports actually, stock reports, etc .and an important feature that is missing is accounting for profit and loss and reports on accounting and final question, lets say i have other charges eg dental charges , how does the system capture this. i want to bill a patient for dental charges.

First:.Please download latest version first.

Please follow these steps,

2. Check your server name, run by running this SQL: SELECT @@SERVERNAME AS ‘Server Name’
3. Delete the database from your SQL Management Studio (if already created)
4. Just build the project (As we have already included Migrations in the project)
5. Run the project
6. Now check your DB. Hopefully, DB and all tables you will find now.
