Hi,
When a user creates a free account and logs in, they land on a page with an invoice. This is not intuitive for 2 reasons because:
1. If it is a free subscription for life, why show them an invoice for $0 upon registration
2. We don’t know where to click to go to our dashboard. You have to disconnect and reconnect to get there

- We cannot offer free access for life. If we put a trial period of -1, there is an unpaid invoice. We are therefore obliged to have a trial period even if the price is $0 and it is lifetime access.
- The arrow at the top to see the account is annoying and when you click on it it’s difficult to go back. We should consider a drop-down menu button on the left, in the menu, which is called “my account” for example and which groups together quotas, billing data, limits, packages. Ideally you should stay in the same place and cannot land on another page.
I think it will be better with these.
Shared Database i.e Single database for all tenants
I think that’s the easiest. Are there any performance isssues when i have ~100 to 200 customers? Will it all load slower?

The single database for all tenants is using individual tables for each tenant in the same database, and is a very good approach for keeping tenant data separate and secure. It’s designed to work well, even with around 100 to 200 customers. You shouldn’t experience any noticeable slowdowns in performance with this setup.
You can continue using this method confidently as your customer base grows.

We dont have option to do this currently, and its possible to add migration feature only where you can move tenant from a datacenter to another.
All modes are good and ensure data safety, most prefer single database single tenant mode. It all depends on your resources. If you have the capacity of maintaining each tenant on separate database, that will be the best.

Now I have another question. In the demonstration I was unable to change the application to the Portuguese language, but in RISE without SAAS I can and I have no problems. Is your plugin translated into Portuguese? When changing the language in RISE settings will your plugin be automatically translated?
While we have packed in Portuguese translation files, we are yet to add translation for most all languages.

Hello, I have just finished setting up RISE SAAS and created a user account to test.
There are a lot of problems :
- Users cannot create contracts - Users cannot create a proposal - Users cannot create quotes - Users cannot create tasks - Users cannot receive online payments - Users cannot send invoices - Users cannot manage customers and leads - Users cannot change the logo displayed on invoices and quotes
As it stands, SAAS is unusable… users can’t do anything!

When a client logs in, they are presented with their client profile/dashboard, which is shared with you as the superadmin. In the side menu labeled “App,” clients can easily view a list of instances they have created. Please ensure that you have not removed the “App” menu from the left sidebar. From there, clients have the option to seamlessly sign in to any instance. If you are using a single theme and have a limit of a single instance, the pertinent instant information will be displayed accordingly.
To access each instance directly, you can utilize the following format for the login link: https://TENANTID.app.freegrow.co/apps or https://app.freegrow.co/TENANTID/rs/. By default, clients can log in using their client sign-in information. For the above information, the signin link will be https://app.freegrow.co/freegrow/rs/ or https://freegrow.app.freegrow.co/ (if you have enabled wildcard subdomain)

Yes, we believe this is neccessary in RISE CRM user space as most get confused with this.
We have made it as such earlier, to enable existing customer or future customer have access to some client CRM functionalities such as support tickets, subscription, without duplicating code. Thus you have maintain CRM relationship with your clients (tenants).
However, this appear not acceptable as it confuse quite individuals.
We will ensure single dashboard in next update entirly or as an option.

we currently inherit the RISE default page builder. You can go to Settings > Setup > Pages to edit the content of landing page.
We are hoping to find a solution with less restriction in future updates.

Be rest assured this 404 is defintely a minor issue most likely due to server type. We cant reproduce this yet even with RISE 3.5.2 from our environments
