I was exploring your demo as I am considering purchasing the plugin, and I noticed an issue when trying to exchange a product.

Here’s what happens: After clicking “Exchange Product,” I select the product and then click the “Choose Product” button. The selected product appears correctly. Then I selected the reason for exchange. However, when I click “Submit Request,” an error message appears saying “Choose exchange products.”

It seems there’s no option to properly select the exchange product, even though it was added correctly. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference: screenshot.

Could you please look into this and provide a fix? I believe resolving this would greatly enhance the exchange product functionality.

I thought it might be browser issue, so I tested on multiple browser like chrome, brave, duckduckgo, edge, 1dm, safari however nothing worked.

for return of the products ,how the plugin works ? Customer will create return request but then how admin will follow returned product ? is there any area to follow up shipment ? I hope I am clear ?

When the admin approves the return request, it is the responsibility of shipping carriers you are using to provide you with update of the shipment. We have provided the integration with Ship engine and Ship Rocket Integration with our plugin.

1- Enable the conditions for the refund button visibility 2-Refund button for specific user roles, order statuses, product categories, products, and payment methods, 3-Partial refunds 4-Change the refund type to an automatic WooCommerce coupon 5-Auto refund option to accept order refund requests automatically 6-Hide the refund button after a specified time (days, weeks, months, years), 7-Additional form fields (Multiselect, Upload, HTML), 8-the privacy and refund policy checkbox and link to the terms and conditions page you set in WooCommerce 9-Let customers upload files for warranty requests 10-Multiselect form field to collect data about refunds and returns, 11-Priority email support 12-Refund form builder 13-Refund Request management page 14-Decide about the refund status for a WooCommerce order directly from the Order Edit Screen 15-Send an email to the store administrator about the WooCommerce refund request 16-Adjust the order returns with the plugin ( for pyhsical products , buyer can enter shipment information for tracking of the return product )

As per your query, we have provided an option in our plugin such that if you enter 15, user can submit the refund/ exchange request up to 15 days only after the order is placed., then after 15th day, the option for refund won’t be visible on front end.

But if you want that user should be able to submit the refund/ exchange request after 15 days only, not before, then please connect with our support team at support@wpswings.com as our technical team have a solution for this.

Hello guys, If I want customers to not be able to initiate returns after a certain number of days from the order delivery (status completed in dashboard), is there anything else I need to do besides putting the number of days in the “Maximum Number of Days” field in RAE Settings? Even if I have 16 days set there, customers can still initiate returns after 30+ days without any issues.
