I notice there is a trigger for new tasks, but what about task updates?

Those are not features currently offered, however, they may be included in a future release.

With our plugin, you can send messages to customers and staff members of your RISE CRM, using cloud-based servers owned by Meta to host the WhatsApp Business API client. This is an one-way communication plugin. Not an automated bot configuration and no tracking features are included.

Is there a costs per whatsapp message when using this?

We strongly suggest that you check those values in Meta’s official page, as things might change according to new promotions/product changes/policies etc.

We do offer notifications upon new ticket creation. Here are the available notifications for them:

1) WhatsApp notification to the phone number of the primary contact of the related Ticket, through a template that supports merge fields.

2) WhatsApp notification to the phone number of each Staff member, through a template that supports merge fields.

Is it possible to send a WhatsApp notification when a ticket receives a comment, rather than just when the ticket is initially created?

Triggers are based in available hooks of the core. Ticket Update is not a supported hook ATM

Can this module send a ticket status update? We understand that a new notification is sent when a new ticket is created, but we also need to send a notification when the status of the ticket is updated, for example when we change the ticket to closed.

Hello, I have a concern. I see that forms can be created for the client and be able to embed them in the web page.

When a user enters their phone number, does it also send the WhatsApp message template automatically? Or are the templates only sent if a lead is added manually?

This plugin can provide auto replies?

You can start conversations with customers, send customer notifications or infromation regarding actions that occur in your RISE CRM (Invoice generation, Proposals etc ). Messages can be triggered under your specific rules, created using a selected trigger point, out of the most common RISE CRM’s functions (IE When a new Lead is created, when a new Invoice is ready for checkout etc).

What if the message is coming from customer? Is there a way to handle auto response?

This is not a two way messanging client, its a programmatic plugin that sends out messages upon specific rules triggered by hooks.
