Is there a faster way to translate the application into a new language?

Only superadmin can create and translate language from their panel’s Language settings option. There is no other way.
Currently, a single system language can be chosen. But we are bringing multi-language for all users in our next version update. But you will still need to update the phrase from your superadmin panel.

How the domain/subdomain are created when a new school register via the landing page ? I didn’t see in the registration form of the demo a field asking me to enter https://school.mydomain.com or https://www.mydomain.com/school.

I have some questions and observations that I’d appreciate some responses on.
1. Can I do multiple license activations with a single purchased license? What I mean is if I setup separate instances on localhost, hosted training, hosted staging and hosted prod instances would a single license work for all environments?
2. Does the same license work on subdomain installations/setup?
3. Is the license perpetual or requires re-activation fee?
4. Will you do the 1st installation without fee?
5. All items below Inventory section throw an error “SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column ‘school_id’ in ‘where clause’”.
6. Can we modify fee and pay-slip invoice templates? Can each school have a personalized template?
7. How do we disable roles/ users?
8. There is no relationship between the Student and the Parent records in the Student section. From school’s perspective the primary subject is a Student, therefore, this information should be available with students records.
9. Required fields are not marked/ highlighted.
10. Blood group field seems to be a required field. However, this information is not always available. Can we put N/A as an option. Secondly, updating Blood Group information on a student’s record results in page showing “419 | PAGE EXPIRED.”

1. A single purchased license typically allows for one live domain installation. However, installations on localhost are usually not counted against this limit, so you can set up multiple instances on localhost for development purposes.
2. Yes, the same license should work for subdomain installations as well.
3. Perpetual but support license is not free for lifetime.
4. No, installation is not free.
5. We’ll investigate and fix the error in the Inventory addon.
6. No, customization required for this feature.
7. Currently role/user disable is not possible.
8. Thank you for the suggestion. We’ll consider integrating this feature in a future update.
9. We have taken a note about it and will review it.
10. Yes N/A option can be provided. We will update it in our next version update.
is any email notification come when fee invoice generated?

There is currently no feature to send email notifications after a fee invoice is generated. If you find the feature useful and you need this, you can talk in detail with our support team about this feature.

whats the differnt between ekattor the normal one and the SAAS version ? what does SAAS mean?

Ekattor 8 is a completely separate and new product from the Ekattor 7. They are built on a separate PHP framework, the Ekattor 7 is on Codeigniter and the Ekattor 8 is on Laravel. Ekattor 8 is actually a saas for the school management system business owners. Saas stand for Software as a Service.
