This plugin is breaking my site. When I try to uploaded the updated version to my site, it continually breaks the site. What is the issue with this plugin now? I’ve had to deactivate it on at least 6 sites.

I am not paying $175 for support to ask this question. Your plugin no longer works on my websites, and I have purchased the licenses for all of these websites. I refuse to pay nearly $200 to get an answer to a question that you are basically obligated to answer due to the fact that I have already purchased this plugin previously.
I have written in to your support and still have not gotten any assistance with the fatal error I continually get. The person who responded back to me suggested I deactivate all of my plugins, which I actually did and guess what? I still get a fatal error. This is happening on SIX WEBSiTES. I guess your plugin doesn’t work anymore?
I always receive an “error message” when subscribers try to unsubscribe. How could I activate a debug mode or similar to understand the reason? I can’t find anything useful in “Knowledge base”.

Hello, pre-purchase question: One of the features I use Mailpo*t for and maybe the only one I still use it for, is that in the newsletters with Woocommerce, you can see the purchase statistics of each newsletter sent.
For example, newsletter 1, purchase revenue $50.
Is it possible to see these statistics with Mailster?

Seriously I have just spent nearly two hours of wasted time trying to work out what plugin it is. I am getting tired of dodgy plugins, have had a log lately and it takes so much time that I don’t have and could be working on other projects.

Sorry I write it here, but your Freemius support is useless!
I check links in my campaign after some time and few updates of your plugin and I found that No link in the campaign is working. I use Mailster version 4.0.7, php 8.2.1 and wordpress 6.4.3.
Whether I click on the regular link in the campaign or on “subscriber profile link” I see these php warning messages:

Where do I find the the ID of a block form so I can place the shortcode [mailster_form id=???] in my page?
I had a look at the docs but can’t find that particular information anywhere.

I am confused I have been using Mailster for a while now and I create lists and forms as I like, people put their email and they get an auto responder that is link to that certain form or list.
Now this is not working like before? I talked to support they said only the email can subscribe once and get an email once. How? then what is the point of unlimited lists and unlimited forms and how can we have different lists for different events if we can only have the person once?
PLEASE can u just clarify? I have spent a lot of money to fix https issues on the plugin and I really need an answer to know shall I stay on this amazing plugin or its time to know that it is not what I thought it is, a normal email marketing that you dont need to pay monthly fees for other email providers.

I have a subscribe newsletter page, when someone subscribe, in the email they get to confirm email, I used to see our logo and our facebook page, we didn’t change anything, but now it is received with mailster logo and mailster facebook and twitter page. I just went to renew support but it is telling me renew price 169$ !! What changed? Can you help me? Can I get support from your website with a reasonable price?

There is confusion between the right to use the plugin for life and the automatic updates or support.
Each license purchased grants the usage of Mailster on a single live domain. If you want to have automatic updates or need assistance, yes, you will need to have an active support/license. The CodeCanyon comes with 6-month support by default, but you can extend it to 12-months.
The CodeCanyon license is the same as our “Starter” package. On our website, we can afford a lower price for the customers who purchase the plugin directly from us because no fees are involved.

I can no longer send email campaigns successfully. I checked with my email provider and my website hosting and all things are clear on their end. I reached out to support and have been going back and forth for days now and not once have you guys offered to log into my back office to check for me.
1. SPF Record was added to my site months ago but the newsletter still doesn’t recognize the record when doing an email health check.
2. My provider has installed a cron job for me but I keep getting this message for every email I try to send:
