There is absolutely no difference in functions and features of the code. Either you buy Regular license or Extended License, You are about to download same source code.
The Main Difference is “How You Want To Use It” & “What you are going to do with this project”
If you want to use this item as it is, like publishing the app with same functions, Then Regular license is fine.
But if you are looking for further development in this project at your side, Adding more methods to earn money from the app, Like offering some additional functions which users can access after paying money, And then you are planning to take this bigger and looking for someone to acquire your app/company, Extended license is required.

No, we have no plans for this function since subscriptions are really sensitive to manage connecting Google Play & Apple App Store connect.

You can suggest them, 
Movie data Auto import from IMDB is missing..instead of entering data manually the code should utilize APi or something else in the admin panel to import movie datas from IMDB, This is very important. Second is there is should be option to have more payment options like paystack and other poplulaor payments gateway..another is pay per movie option..like what if i dont want users to pay montly jus pay for specific movie?
You should consider Our Flixy App here on codecanyon then. This app is not purely built for movie. It’s just for all where it can be video app with subscription for teachers, content creators etc. etc. Search for flixy and check it’s functions. Some of them are you might like it and having like TMDB import etc.
