Automated Notifications via email/SMS: When there is a change in the date for an event that someone has paid for, shouldn’t that person receive an automated notice of the same? Also other notifications as well such as; reminders, newsletters, etc..There should be an option for Notification Templates that can be customized.

ISSUE WITH TIME SETTING FOR EVENTS: when trying to set the time, it changes itself automatically. I have tried to set a two day event, starts at 8am and ends at 12pm. I tried to input the times but it changes automatically to something else itself when I saved it! Can this be resolved urgently please? I have submitted a ticket on same also. Thanks.

Please can you help sort https://grabthetickets.com I have emailed you, messaged you on your classiebit page on Facebook – but it seems our email always ends up in spam – and there is no response from the page other than telling us to email you again!
GrabTheTickets.com is a production server – we have people trying to use it and it is crashing out with a 404 error.
The hosting company says the bug seems to start with https://grabthetickets.com/sw.js
Again, this is a PRODUCTION server – We have paid for the software, paid for a new release to be installed which solved a bug – and if absolutely necessary, I am sure we will have to pay yet again – but PLEASE we have a tiny business using your software that is now totally unusable for both ticket buyers AND venues.
We have made ZERO changes to the software on the server, the hosting company have not touched it until we asked them why there is a fault.
The other bug (where it allocates TWO tickets for a single payment sometimes) is annoying but the 404 error where the system just crashes is destroying our credibility as being a reliable ticket company.
PLEASE can someone DO something. We have kept your login to our server exactly the same, so you should have no problems accessing it. You have my telephone number, you have my facebook ID and you have my email address.
PLEASE can you fix the latest bug with some urgency – this is a LIVE PRODUCTION server with LIVE customer data.

Having paid for the software (for what we thought was a lifetime licence), we were concerned that the site is now falling over with a 404. In short it seems Classiebit depended on someone else to keep their code running, that have cancelled a licence. So the site fails.
NOW Classiebit have presumably found a new way of doing it – so they want me to buy their software all over again! Eh????

EDIT I wanted to remove the comments above as I now understand from Classiebit, that AppSumo have cheated them out of payment when I purchased Eventmie from them.
They have also been very fair and made the software work again.
It seems Classiebit have acted very fairly – but AppSumo have cheated them by taking money from customers (eg: me) and NOT paying Classiebit for the sales.
I am now still planning to upgrade to their Fully Loaded version – but it was worrying to find a live site had gone down!

AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION OF OFFLINE PAYMENT BOOKINGS: For offline bookings, can the bookings be cancelled automatically within X period of periods (days or hours) if payment is not confirmed before commencement of event? The Organizer can either select or leave out that option when uploading an event for offline payments only. Example; Offline bookings will expire in X number of days if payment is not confirmed. IF payment is confirmed before the expiry date or a corporate client confirms to pay at a later date before expiry date (payment to be made after expiry date), the Organizer can then confirm booking with either option: a) Payment Confirmed or b) Confirmed for later payment). Automated email/sms should be sent as reminder for offline booking payment each day/period notifying expiry and actual expiry of booking at period of expiry.
Is this being considered as a standard option to complete the offline method?
