Can I give you some feedback with the demo? It is very hard to use as so much has not been set-up properly and incomplete.
May I suggest you create some extra sample data in your database, that auto-resets so that it makes it easier for potential customers to trial your system:
- Create 7 tax rates (VAT inc, VAT ex, GST inc, GST ex, PST inc, PST ex, N/A (0%)).
- Create 3 standard categories for items (Service, Product, Travel).
- Plus other general sample data like Banks (Cash, Default Bank), Currencies (correct codes and symbols), Tax Rates (as mentioned), Vendors (several suppliers), Customers (several customers), Items (Labour, Products, Travel, Delivery, etc, etc.).
- There is also no ability to assign a Client with BOTH Name and Business Name / Company Name. Needs to be the option to create as company or personal. Then add 3-4 more contacts against that company. eg. Widgets Business, then 5 contacts (email, phone, position, notes). Business also needs “Notes” along with each contact. Make sense? 
I have created sample data in your demo. I hope you copy and replicate what I have added?
FYI: Demo does not work through the demo link. You need to remove the iframe. Only then it allows login.

Also, there seems to be no way to edit the description of the line items after adding to the invoice. They’re all hidden. So cannot add job details, time on-site, etc.
How can this be fixed?
After submitting “my Company” details, it loses your address and logo in the preview. No idea if address or logo is saved? No feedback or preview available! Why not show in a frame what the invoice header now looks like?

What is the difference with COMPANY Logo and under the INVOICE tab INVOICE LOGO?
Accounts need setting up with defaults using standard terminology: “Payments Receivable (Income)”, “Accounts Payable (Expenses)”, “Petty Cash (Cash)”, etc

Notes entered in invoices are not displayed on invoice.
So invoices are very basic and display NO description (already stored against each item / product / labour item.). So what is the point of typing up details and notes under each item? They are never displayed.
Plus notes are not displayed so basically ZERO data is actually shown on invoices sent to clients.!
FURTHER TO THIS, the Cash or Bank options for payments (enabled) are not even visible or displayed at the bottom of the invoice.
I am really concerned this project is NOT mature enough for professional use!

Thanks for replying, in deed this script is Wonder, except this one thing. I have successfully logging in, and I discovered that it is not possible to search for the customer name during invoice creation process. We have more than 1,000 customers, you can imagine how difficult will it be, if you want to create invoice for the certain customer. Please fix this in the next update.
Yes I can do search system in invoice creation if you buy now no problem.
