1.) Is there an option to create rules for new customer’s registration? If yes, can I create follow-up series after the first trigger. For instance, 2 days after a customers, he should get an email, one week later, 2 weeks later, he should get another email, a month later another email, etc.
2.) Can I create keyword-based autoreply rules for incoming emails? For instance, if someone makes an inquiry about prices, he gets an automated email response, if he makes an inquiry based on dell laptop, he gets an automated email. is this possible?

Question: can this plugin be used to send daily reminders of overdue tasks? A summary, for example: “You have XX overdues tasks: Task A, Task B, etc…” with direct links to those tasks?

Presales .. although ive been waiting for the flex form builder to have a block to add an employee to the form for assignment. therefor you can pick a driver from the form NOT pick a staff member to assign after the form so the user can pick the employee to deal with
anyway will this work with the form builder is it mapped there ? so that when a form is signed it can be assigned to a team member based on the location theats picked in the form

i use task flow groups, can I use this to trigger a task flow group on project status change? i also want to auto trigger a project when lead converted to customer or customer imported if possible?
the demo is full of errors, will this be the same if i purchase? i cant see how it works as demo is broke

When you do lead automation and change status to email. Does that email the lead or just the tech?

Hello, good morning.
This module allows the creation of task types. Is it possible to use that field within the same module to configure automations? For example, I have a task type called “Reprocessing,” and I would like that, when a task with this type is created, a module automation rule automatically changes the project status to “Reprocessing.”
Additionally, I would like the project to return to its previous status once the task is completed.
Is this possible?

The Advanced Automation Manager for Perfex CRM has the following triggers and actions: Triggers: Task Status Change, Start Date, Finish Date, Priority Change, Start Date Changed, Finished Date Changed, Task Creation, Inactivity.
Actions: Add remove Followers, Assign Users, Update Custom Field, Manage Tags
Do you have any plans to add these triggers and actions?

Hi, thanks for the quick response. Upon testing, I can only use the task’s section (Not Started, In Progress, Testing, Awaiting Feedback, and Complete) as the trigger. Can’t I use priority changes, dates, etc., as the triggers? Thanks!
Thanks your comment and clarification. While you currently can set the Action be priority, dates e.t.c, you are Suggesting that it could could also be a Trigger. We will take this as a suggestion and consider it coming updates.

I am interested in purchasing the Workflow Rules & Automation module for Perfex CRM, and I have a specific use case I would like to confirm before proceeding.
I would like to prevent recurring invoices from being generated for inactive clients. Specifically, before a recurring invoice is created, I want the system to check whether the client is active. If the client is inactive, the invoice should not be generated.
Is it possible to create a workflow rule that: ✅ Triggers before a recurring invoice is generated ✅ Checks if the client is inactive ✅ Stops the invoice creation if the client is inactive

There is a button to deactivate clients in client table that inactive them for logging in i think (and don´t know what else)

Hi, good day. Could you add a condition so that the status of a project automatically changes to ‘Delayed’ if it has overdue tasks? Also, when these tasks are updated or completed, the project status should be adjusted accordingly.

We would like to buy the module. First a question because unfortunately we can’t try it out in your demo.
We intend to generate the following workflow:
1. we finish a task or tasks. 2. every Friday these tasks should be moved to a draft invoice that belongs to a customer, so that we can only check the draft invoices for correctness and then send them.
If this is possible, it would be very kind and helpful of you to include this example and similar scenarios in your documentation. It would also be great if we could try it out directly in the demo before the purchase.
One more question Are you also thinking of a feature to automate tickets? This would be great for SLAs that every service-oriented company would need. If ticket has not been processed after 4 hours set from high to medium, if after 8 hours to critical etc… with the rule who should be notified by email… Another Service Perfex module already has this. But we don’t need that many features …
Dear vonova, thank you for your comment. 1) yes, you can automate actions when you Your ticket is Completed, GetStarted or at different Board stages.
2) Regarding moving tasks to draft invoice, WA doesn’t do that, this process sounds more tailor to your business flow.
As regards ticket automation, we look at adding that in the future.
