Thank you for your response, but I believe there is still some confusion regarding my initial request.
The change log you referred me to seems to outline general updates. However, my specific requirement was that the attendance be recorded with exact hours and minutes. I previously mentioned that if the hourly rate is set at $50, and a worker logs 35 minutes, they should be paid for 36 minutes rather than the full hour. You mentioned that this could be implemented, and I even paid $50 back in January for this customization. While you may have worked on it, I haven’t seen the expected result.
Additionally, the biometric reader configuration is still not functioning correctly. I reached out to you regarding this, but your responses have not been very clear.
Could you please provide more detailed assistance on these matters?

Hello my dear, I bought your software because you told me it could be used with the biometric reader. But to this day nothing works and you don’t help me. The biometric reader device has nothing to do with python.
The script offers API which can be used to integrate with any other application/device. I am currently reviewing the demo version of your software and have encountered a query regarding its functionality. I have been unable to locate the feature where I can input the total number of hours worked by an employee in a month to calculate the total payment due for that period.
This functionality is crucial for our payroll process, as we calculate monthly salaries based on the number of hours worked. Hi, There are multiple options. First you mark the attendance on daily basis. Second, you mark their time log on daily basis. Third, you mark their attendance using any device. Once you do any of this, you will be able to generate their payroll. We bought your software and are having trouble adapting it to a biometric reader. I’ve asked you for help, but it’s been over 2 months and you haven’t replied. Are you waiting for my support period to end before reminding me to renew it? If your application really can work with a biometric reader, please provide me with the necessary information.
The script you have bought doesn’t come with any python script which will act as a bridge between your device and script. The script offers API which you need to call from your device to integrate any biometric device.
