Dear Dalip , i saw your product its very fantastic and nice. but it need to update following. 1: in admin amazing feature of incentive , but it need to set by country, zone , vehicle type, Type, by driver online time etc., according to current scenario all vehicle driver will get same incentive, same issue with reward etc. 2: admin cannot add amount in owner’s wallet.

mobile apps: 1: driver app must be block driver account as driver edit anything in profile or vehicle details, but it never be block, 2: same number driver and rider can be registered. so please look at this and improve it, 3: driver app Liston ringing but not open automatically on mobile screen when driver received the ride ring. 4: driver app still showing online even driver off their mobile switch. it not a good sign.

user app: it will be better if you add in admin also user need documents too

1. Card Payments: When a customer pays with a card, the admin commission is not deducted from the driver’s earnings.

2.Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee is not deducted when a rider cancels a ride.

3.Driver Offline Status: When a driver goes offline, the app still indicates that background location tracking is active.

4.Document Decline Updates: The app does not update in real-time when a driver’s document is declined. Additionally, we would like to reintroduce the feature where admins can provide a reason for declining a driver’s document.

incentive and reward is better option but in current condition i think it is useless because it must be aides incentive pacific zone, vehicles type , vehicle because it is not a good that each type of vehicles get same incentive and rewards. and it will be more better that will also be for rider app too

Why is the rewards option only added to driver app and not user app? This would have been better to be added for user as an incentive to get more people to use the service
