I keep encountering an error whenever I try to install. I’ve already attempted the process multiple times, ensuring all requirements are met, but I always get the message ‘Please Try Again’ when I reach the database creation step. Additionally, when I restart the installation, it shows an error stating that the database should be empty. All parameters seem to be correct. Kindly help me resolve this.

No one is helping. The seller is offering support through their own platform, which has a chat option. I texted there, and the bot replied that their support hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM. However, I texted today at 11 AM and waited for almost 2 hours, but no one responded. It was the same automated reply. We raised a ticket, but the seller is still not responding.
I just want to know why the installer is giving an error. I am not able to proceed to the “purchase code” page. After entering the database details, it shows “try again,” and the database should be empty. But when I check phpMyAdmin, the database tables are already there, and I’m still unable to proceed to the next step of entering the purchase code.
