Sir, can you add this option in nex update? The Minimum Payable Amount refers to the minimum amount a provider must pay after collecting cash. If the collected amount is below this limit, the provider will not be able to make a payment.The Maximum Cash in Hand is the highest amount a provider can hold. Once they reach this limit, they must clear the balance before accepting new service requests. Thank you

If you are hoping to get a handyman app, thi is the best you can find around with good listeers as deelopers. I found some bugs please.

1.After payment by the client, the handyman does not get the message/notifications automaticcally unless he refreshes the page.

2. When the handyman updates the status of the job, there is no notification on the vlints appp unless the page is refreshed too. This shouold appear automatically to help ease some stress

I see you can define a threshold amount. Once reached, the system will automatically disable COD for the provider. What if the admin using only COD in the system? I think the provider and his services not availabel for user instead of disable COD. ARE U UNDERSTANDING ME? Regards

Hello I test a few both apps they look amazing but 1 thing a lot of USrequest to fix it’s why provide need to put bank account every time need to withdrawal balance. That step is useless and become a headache for provide. Me personally after a few times I have to do the same step over and over . I won’t use this app. This it supposed to make life easy to more stressful. I am little disappointed after a long wait . Have a good day

Organized and Filtered Structure for Categories, Subcategories, and Services Goal: Keep the existing three backend options:

Categories

Subcategories

Services

Improve usability by adding structured filtering and organization to reduce confusion.

Allow full control over managing, editing, and reordering the data efficiently.

1. Categories Section When Clicking on “Categories”: Show all categories in one place (grid or list view).

Allow the following actions:

Add New – Option to add a new category directly.

Edit – Update the category name, description, icon, etc.

Delete – Remove the category (show a confirmation before deletion).

Update – Save changes made to the category.

Drag and Drop to Reorder – Change the order of categories using drag-and-drop.

Example: Categories:

Carpentry

Plumbing

Electrical

Painting

If “Carpentry” is currently in the 4th position → Drag it to the 1st position → The new order should reflect in both the backend and frontend.

2. Subcategories Section When Clicking on “Subcategories”: Show a sidebar or dropdown with all available categories.

After selecting a category:

Display only the subcategories under that specific category.

Allow the following actions:

Add New – Option to add a new subcategory under the selected category.

Edit – Update the subcategory name, description, etc.

Delete – Remove the subcategory (show a confirmation before deletion).

Update – Save changes made to the subcategory.

Drag and Drop to Reorder – Change the order of subcategories within the selected category.

Example: Select “Carpentry” → Show related subcategories like:

If “Bed Assembly” is currently 2nd → Drag it to the 1st position → The new order should reflect automatically.

3. Services Section When Clicking on “Services”: First, show a sidebar or dropdown with all available categories.

After selecting a category:

Show a sidebar or dropdown with subcategories under the selected category.

After selecting a subcategory:

Display only services related to that subcategory.

Allow the following actions:

Add New – Option to add a new service under the selected subcategory.

Edit – Update service details (name, price, description, etc.).

Delete – Remove the service (show a confirmation before deletion).

Update – Save changes made to the service.

Drag and Drop to Reorder – Change the order of services within the subcategory.

Example: Select “Carpentry” → Select “Bed Assembly” → Show related services like:

Wooden Bed Installation

Hydraulic Bed Assembly

Bed Dismantle

If “Hydraulic Bed Assembly” is currently in 2nd place → Drag it to the 1st position → The new order should reflect immediately.

Tech Suggestions: Use a library like Sortable.js or React-Beautiful-DnD for drag-and-drop functionality.

Use state-based dynamic loading to avoid page refresh when switching between categories and subcategories.

Use an accordion or collapsible menu for better sidebar structure.

Ensure the new order is saved properly in the database and reflected on the frontend.

Summary: Categories: Show all categories → Manage easily.

Subcategories: Filter by category → Manage related subcategories.

Services: Filter by category and subcategory → Manage related services.

This structure will make the backend more organized, easier to manage, and reduce confusion.

Sir is there option for provider to accept any number of services, like if customer raise a service , and will it be reflected in provider app, and the first provider who accepts first will he get the service, is the system designed in this way sir?

Currently, the customer app allows users to request a custom service job, which is shown to relevant providers based on the selected category. Providers can then bid their amount, and the customer can choose their preferred bid and provider.

At the moment, there is no option where the job is automatically assigned to the first provider who has accepted the request. However, this feature can be easily customized if needed. For customization, you can contact us.

The system provides a feature that allows the admin to set the maximum deliverable distance. For example, if the admin sets it to 50 KM/mile, customers will only see providers within a 50 KM/mile radius of their chosen location.

You can set the distance radius from the Settings menu of the admin panel. Settings->General settings->Max Serviceable Distance (in Kms); for reference, you can check this image
