Questions before purchase:
1. How do you enable the notifications for providers and customers? For example, when the customer place a new order, the provider should receive a notification. When the provider accepts the order, the customer should receive a notification . Is there already? If so, where? Cause I don’t see them. 2. The providers will be shown on the main page with their services, only if they have a active Subscription? 3. Providers and Customers receive notification when they receive a message? I think they are push notifications, but idk if you have this in your apps. If so, where do you set them?
Also, when I complete the service, it doesn’t ask the customer to leave me a review

Order Notifications: Yes, the notification system is already integrated. When a customer places a new order, the provider receives a notification, and when the provider accepts the order, the customer is notified. You can manage and enable/disable these notifications from the Admin Panel > Notification Settings. Please ensure that notification permissions are enabled on your device. If you face any issues, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.
Provider Visibility on Homepage: Yes, only providers with an active subscription will be visible on the app and web homepage along with their services.
Message Notifications: Yes, both providers and customers receive notifications when they get a new message. These are push notifications. You can manage their configuration under the relevant notification settings. Again, please make sure notification permissions are enabled on the device.
Review Prompt After Completion: Once a booking is marked as completed, the system will prompt the user to leave a review.

For example, a client can order a paint directly from a painter, while ordering his service, or an electrician can sell cables for clients, deliver it while going to render his service.
This will ease the stress of the client, and also build trust between them and the providers. Why, because Clients can easily justify the quality of work done since the materials used were provided by the service Man.

Customer App/Web:
Generally, KYC details are not required for customers, as there are no features in the customer app/web that demand such verification. We only ask for basic information like name, email, and phone number during the signup process.
Provider App/Panel:
When a provider wants to register, they must first verify their phone number and provide some basic details. Once registered, they need to log in and complete their profile, which includes personal details, business information, working hours, service locations, descriptions, and bank details. After submitting all the necessary information, the provider must be manually approved by the admin before they can access the panel/app and add services.
In the demo app/web, approval may appear automatic for the sake of demonstration, so that users can explore all the features easily. However, in your actual source code, provider access will remain restricted until manually approved by the admin.

Yes, I noticed that users only have to register with their basic information. However, I think it’s a good idea if you can implement a requirement that ask more of their details.
A user can register with fake details(name, email, phone number) and request for a service from a service provided, only to rob or harm them. It would be difficult to trace the details of the user.
I want to belive that you implemented KYC for providers because they go around, visiting people’s homes in order for those users should be able to trust whoever they are bringing into their homes. In this sense, providers also need a card they can rely on to trust the homes they are going.
We don’t need extreme details from users. Just their ID should do the job. This I think can be added under their profiles. I hope you understand my point.

I am trying to cancel a booking, but it’s not working. The admin should have the right to cancel at any time, right? Why is the admin cancel function not working?
I have a suggestion there are many vendors who also sales product along side services and that should be visible universal in app and api connection with logistics like shiprocket, location based homepage banners, coupons will be location based and services categories inside store page like a menu will make this app invincible.

The Regular License allows:
“Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for.”
This means you can use the purchase code on one domain only, and the app cannot be published on the App Store or Play Store if it requires users to pay to download.
If you intend to charge end users to install the app, then the Extended License is required.
