Here’s a courtesy notice that on your official mobile app demo here, there are a few quick fixes that are important.
1) The Android app permissions for Storage isn’t working in Android. App keeps displaying the prompt “Access storage to save photos and videos in chats” Upon reopening, even after severally granting the said permission by clicking “Continue”.
2) Unable to set a profile photo by selecting an image from the mobile phone. Error “String is not a subtype of type int”
Kindly also consider adding an easy way for users to be added to the App Contacts either by typing the details or inviting the users or from the Phone Book.

Calls are not displayed in full screen and the phone is locked, can you do that?

We have used WebRTC, so it’s a completey free audio and video call.
What’s the difference between extended and regular version?
If you want to use for third party clients or any custome features you want to add then need extended license.
Otherwise if you plan for use your organization and no any custome features features will come then you can go with the regular.

Hi, I installed the app in iOS mobile via test flight and the app on an android device, and the voice call didn’t work (no sound), and the video call didn’t work (no sound + no video).

We just quickly tested android to iOS, iOS to iOS, and working fine audio and video both calls.
Hey I just try again:
1. Audio call works. but it takes around 8 seconds to start listening to the other user. once that 8 seconds pass, then it works perfect. 2. Video Call works. but it takes around 8 seconds to start listening to the other user and seeing their video. once that 8 seconds pass, then it works perfect. 3. On Android if you don’t allow permission to your contacts, app crashes.
Devices used: Iphone 11 xiaomi 14T pro Location ARG.
Yes if it’s delayed as debug APK and testing version. As we used 1 vCPU core, 4 GB RAM only, and all audio/video we used our own WebRTCpeerjs so coming from the server so sometimes takes time and some quick load.
So if any buyer purchases and uses the 2vCPU core, 8 GB RAM server which costs $150-$200 so works quickly. We have free audio/video WebRTC Ato avoid third-party costs of Agora etc.
Regarding, Android contact permission, we checked and check a screenshot, it’s working fine.

Hello, It’s a debug APK so possible to freeze for some time due to device memory, if you check the iOS version then it’s never freezing as it’s made with Flutter so the code same for Android and iOS.

As I said, the App is freezing possibly on Android due to memory issues so the same APK works fine on other Android devices. You can check our iOS test flight too.
