Hi Team,
I have a feature request for the booking system. Please consider adding an option where, if a customer selects “Pay Later” at the time of booking, and once the booking is marked as completed, the system should show an “Online Pay” button to the customer.
This way, if the customer changes their mind and wants to pay online instead of giving cash to the serviceman, they can directly make the payment online, and the payment goes to the admin.
This feature would improve flexibility and reduce cash handling for both customers and service partners. And next update kiss month main aiga ??

Hello, When a customer purchases a service but the provider cancels, there’s no mention of cancellation for the customer anywhere. The refund process is tedious. There should be a concept of an available wallet. Is this planned?

Regarding cancellations by the provider — in such cases, the refund is processed automatically through the payment gateway, and the amount is credited back to the customer’s account.

When the delivery person requests their money, I would like…
1. The bank details to be filled out only once. The flaw I see in your system is that every time they request their money, they have to enter their information again. That’s wrong.
It also asks for it again when the handyman registers for the first time and fills out their sales information. In the end, it asks for it again, and it isn’t saved. And when they request their payment, they ask for it again, so there’s an error. Could you correct this?
2. I want to pay the handymen through payment gateways. So that when the person requests their money, I can pay everyone who requested their money from the administration panel through a quick and easy button connected to a payment gateway.
This way, I would avoid paying them manually and avoid making any errors when entering bank details manually.
In this case, I want to pay them through a gateway called “pago46.com.”
3. I also want the Handyman app to lock when it exceeds the amount of cash on hand. When the handyman pays his debt on the payment gateway, the app will unlock, allowing him to receive offers or applications again until his next maximum amount of cash on hand.
All of this should be functional on the web, Android, and iOS.
I would greatly appreciate any bug fixes and customizations. I hope you can help me with the budget.

You need to implement a function for customers to add or publish a specific job on the platform if they don’t find the service available, and companies will see it and propose the service to them.

Employee Dashboard – We do have plans for an employee dashboard in our development pipeline. This will allow companies to manage multiple employees who deliver services under their brand.
Selling Products – Currently, providers can include product-related charges during service delivery (e.g., at the time of service ended). For features like selling products during booking or managing inventory separately, I’ll discuss the possibilities with our team.

Edit Provider->Business Days: I configured that the service offered by provider X is available every day from Monday to Sunday (from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.). As a customer: (today is Sunday at 10:00 p.m.) I want to request service from this provider, and it tells me that the provider is “closed.” How do I solve this?
