Hi there! I’m really liking the product, but I’ve run into a couple of issues with the Export function that I hope you can look into:
Filters are ignored: Currently, when I apply filters to the list, the export still pulls the entire dataset instead of just the filtered results.
Export Content Control: It would be great to have more granular filtering for the export content itself. Specifically, we need the ability to filter/include the Description field in the output.
Looking forward to a fix or an update on this. Thanks!

No we made it that way. Lots of organizations need back dated entry and it’s a must needed feature.
Then why not add it as option on configuration settings, the user can enable or disable the option

Two Questions: 1 – if a loan is fully settled in a single adhoc payment, how is that processed? 2 – How do we input manual fixed amount deductions for earlier settlements instead of automatically spreading the installment amount through the entire maximum loan period? Example, it would be good to have a feature where, you only input the installment amount per period and should automatically work out when the last instalment be paid. That becomes the installment amount and period of the loan applied.

1. You can complete loan anytime by paying full amount.
2. From the admin panel, any repayment amount can be entered. From the user panel, the user may pay more than the required repayment amount but not less. In both cases, the interest amount must always be paid.

Two Issues: 1 – In processing a new loan, why does a member has to have deposits first for the loan deduction to occur? 2 – MEMBER SIGNUP should be enabled or disabled at Tenant Level, not Platform Admin Level.
1. You can put loan processing fee zero.
2. Member sign up enable and disabled option already available in tenant panel. The option you are seeing in admin panel that is for tenant registration form.

Go to System setting of tenant panel. You will see Member Sign Up form enable/disable option.

Hello, the Superadmin email doesn’t work..Welcome Email, Trial Period Ended ,Subscription Reminder, Subscription Payment Confirmation…It doesn’t send all these emails…And if i try sending the email to tenants directly, i will get 500 Server Error
That means you smtp setting are incorrect.
smtp is working..it sends only Welcome Email
The main one is if i open the tenants and click the send email button i get 500 server error

How can member of a particular tenants signup…cause ever i try doing that, it redirects me to signup as a tenant…also the reject button in loan approval is not working
You need to navigate tenant login page not the global login page. After that you will see the button called Member Sign Up if tenant already enable Member Sign Up.

Yes did that.and reinstalled fresh one. Two things; still getting duplicate welcome and duplicate Activation Email. Also, when choosing subscription plan, does not received email even after properly configured for all notifications?
