I’m looking to purchase this but I notice that the demo is not working in safari. it works in all others. why is that?

Hi there! Could you just tell me what OS you are using and what is it that is not working (blank page completely, some UI elements not in place etc) exactly? Thanks a lot!

This should be resolved now.

Hello,

Could you tell me what the process is to update this plugin, is it done through the standard WordPress admin.

Hi there,

As of now, automatic updates are not implemented. They are a bit harder to implement when you are not hosting the extension on a public wordpress.org repository.

However, it is completely safe to simply overwrite plugin’s directory under wp-content/plugins – this plugin does not do any fancy operations during updates.

Thank you so much. 1 last question, do you notify users who purchased the plugin that a new version is available?

For most of the releases – yes (I don’t bug clients with interim updates that do not fix critical bugs and do not have new major features). Just make sure you are subscribed to receive such notices. To do so go to CodeCanyon downloads page and see if there’s a checkbox ticked for a particular product.

The plugin is very interesting. I want to give my users 8th number order for free that means. If One of my customer buy buy 7 times from my shop then the customer can order the 8th number order for free. This is not related with item number. And this will be applied only for some customer that I will pre-select them,

Is this possible with this plugin?

Thanks

Hi there and thank you for your interest!

It is possible to give users a lifetime discount for all subsequent orders (e.g. place at least 8 orders, get 10% discount for 9th, 10th etc). It is not possible to “reset the counter”, unfortunately.

What could be done in the upcoming version of the plugin is to have upper order count limit for a condition. For example, you could have something like “apply 100% discount if (7 < count < 9)” plus another rule “apply 100% discount if (15 < count < 17)” etc. But you would have to configure multiple rules to cover max amount of orders that user is believed to be able to place on your store.

Please let me know if this is something that would work for you.

What about this case: if you buy products from same category price from 50 to 100euro, you get 10% only in this specific category. For example if you buy 75euro in category flowers and 100euros in category shoes you pay (75e-10%) + 100e.

As of now, there is no price condition for pricing rules. That is, you can select separate categories and create rules that apply to products with any price that fall into those categories.

So basically what you would like to do is a promotion that goes like “All products in category A priced from X to Y get Z discount”, right? In this case you don’t care about quantities purchased etc – each product that matches criteria would have its price adjusted?

I think that this makes sense and can be implemented soon, just want to clarify how you would use it exactly.

What I want to make people discount based on how much money they spend in my site. But unfortunately not all products have the same profit. For examples in flowers I have 50% profit so I can make a 20% discount. So when people buy more than 20euro I can make them 10% discount. But on electronic devices I have 10% profit so I can make up to 4% discount. So what I really want is to provide discount on total price based on categories (or single products). Is it clear now?

Thank you for providing further details. So just to clarify.. If user spends at least 20 EUR for flowers, he receives 10% discount for all flowers purchased, right? Do you need just one level (20 < x) or multiple levels (20 < x < 50; 50 < x < 100; etc)?

Hi,

Is possible to make this kind of offers:

Buy 1 and get 50% of in the second unit. Buy 1 and get 1 for free

thanks

Its a question :P

Hi there and thank you for your interest! Yes, both scenarios are possible and pretty easy to setup.

Hi, furthering the question above. If I set a specific discount for a specific user role, does this updated price show on the product page, or only once the user has gone to the cart?

Hi there,

You can optionally display a quantity/bulk/wholesale pricing table on the product page. Ir works absolutely fine if you make sure there are no other conditional rules applied to the same product. If there are, in same cases (when two or more rules are applied) there may be mismatches between what is displayed in the pricing table and the actual price adjustment.

But if you make sure that only one rule (of quantity discount type) is applied to a specific product, it will work perfectly. The table looks good, can switch between horizontal and vertical layouts and can optionally be displayed in a modal.

Is it possible to set specific price for a spesific product for a specific user role?

Yes, of course.

Hello, I just purchased your plugin and I have a request. I have sent you a personal message please respond.

Hi, just replied to your message. Thanks!

Hi, this plugin looks very interesting.

I want to put a discunt for regular customer, for example put a 5% discount for customer who purchase regular, and I need to specify the time frame. Example: for cusotmer purchasing from one date to another X discount.

Is this possible?

Thanks

Hi there,

Yes, this is possible. This plugin supports validity dates and you can add a condition that only a specific user role can get a discount.

Like your idea. But i have an idea same with another way. I mean price will drop as number of bookings is increase. And final price will be which one available on deal close date and time. Here admin can set like total 10 bookings – price is 90,total 20 bookings – price is 85,total booking is 30 then price is now 75 and so on. Admin also set a token booking amounts and will adjusted at with difference of pay at booking close. If you add social sharing button then it can be good for user to invite other users for increasing booking and get more price drop. Can you manage such custom plugin for us ?

Kind Regards,

Hi there,

I suppose the best way to implement this would be to integrate with standard WooCommerce stock management system. You set the total amount of some product available and configure pricing rule conditions to adjust prices based on stock left.

This is not available as of now but I will consider such feature for the upcoming releases.

please update me as soon as possible. One more question ..can you manage customize plugin for us ? If yes then send me your email Id. I can send a attachment to clarify more.

I want to add a handling fee of $4 to each item purchased in my cart. Is that possible to do with your plugin?

Hi there,

No, unfortunately. This extension is all about discounts, not added fees.
