I tried to create ticket but your system gets stuck in a loop:

1. Asks to select product, I select

2. Asks to verify with Envato, done successfully

3. Loops back to selecting product.

No Idea as we are getting all tickets still You can go and just make pre-purchase ticket we will look into that too, Please attach your payment receipt with the ticket.

API key is the encrypted key. if any tempering made in a key form will not be rendered

Yes, you can build the form and then install that for on another server or place on any server.

On that web server, do not have database access then you need to store data in another database so you need to change the connection string to store/fetch data with the database on which you have access.
