Sorry for the delay; I was on a short vacation.
Regarding your question: in the HTML of your button, you can simply replace wcs_fixed_right with wcs_fixed_left. This change should move the button to the left side of the page instead of the right side.

no the same issue is already done they probably have issue using a 5 yeas old Jquery version http://www.castlecodeweb.com/whatsapp-chat-support/plugin/components/jQuery/jquery-1.11.3.min.js
Ohhh, but the plugin is compatible with newer versions of jQuery, for example you can use the latest version, which is v3.6
