you never helped i tell you the problem you cost me $ 5 more no ethics
This customer has mistakenly purchased two license from this script, expecting that he is purchasing one license of this script + one license of my other item (https://codecanyon.net/item/easy-utube-explorer-youtube-api-based-channel-and-search/19658996) which is 15USD. So basically he does not know simple math that 13+15 is not 26 because 2 license from this script is 13+13=26. The funny thing is, he then requested to me to get that other item which he does not have license to use. So I requested him to make a refund request so he can purchase the legal license to use my other item. But he needed me to give him my other script through my email which is against Terms and conditions of Envato Market.
So I suggested him other way to get similar script and a license through my Fiverr account so I can offer him some Freelance service and give him a usable license. But it costs more 5USD for him and I cannot help other way since he is not willing to request a refund request.
So please understand this review and low star rating is nothing about my Script and Support.
