Horrible HORRIBLE support and theme documentation. I have gotten the laziest and half effort answers with no end or help. They offer no support, just literally saying anything to respond. Theme did not install correct and VC / WP Bakery does not work. I reached out and they told me to do what I already tried. I did it anyway to humour them and let them know it did not work.

Then they came back with a whole other rant that made no sense to me. I paid EXTRA for extended support in hopes they would give me the professional support i Need if any issues came up. I was wrong. I am now waiting a week without being able to edit ANY PAGE on my theme.

So amazing when you spend over $100 on something that does not work and the author does not care about my money. SO I would suggest no one else give him their money.

Not nice people. Not helpful at all. Do not care about the time they waste having us repeat ourselves and chase them for an inch of help. Disrespectful and heartless. I have cried out for help as I REALLY NEED TO MEET MY DEADLINE and they don't care.

I am so disgusted and disappointmented. It would take nothing for them to fix the issue, but they do not care.
