We have paid 600$ additional for a feature requested more than a year ago. Very basic, just add a switch which won't allow non premium users posting media. (This is not a hard work.)
Still not delivered. (This is interesting. Developer does not now how to code it? Why?)
Also, new PLUS software is nothing more than COLIBRISM, but with X2 server requirements. So, why is the same software built again with a framework?
We will not ask about our feature request again. Because we shifted to different software.
If our 600$ is paid back, we will remove this comment. Or, it will stay here. This time, we won't remove this per request.

Hi,
I completely understand your frustration, and I take responsibility for the delay. When we first discussed this feature, you told me there was no time pressure, so I focused on planning a better long-term solution — not just a quick patch. Later, when we proposed delivering the feature on your side, you preferred that it be added directly into the main project, which unfortunately wasn’t suitable for us.
Because of the delay and the misunderstanding, I fully agree that the fairest resolution is a refund.
The $600 will be refunded soon as we agreen on our conversation in whatsapp, and I’m glad we were able to settle this on good terms.
Regarding ColibriSM Plus: it’s not a simple rebuild. It’s a new architecture designed for future scalability, which naturally requires more resources than the older version.
