Yes the mobile app is integrated with the SaaS version. Sorry you can not disable any roles. We have 7 fixed role in our system. They are superadmin, admin, teacher, student, parent, librarian and accountant. Driver and Alumni is the role which can only be access if you purchase our transportation addon and Alumni addon.

Right. My question about disabling a function was because in the demo version there are login buttons for each level of user. Will the version after installation still show these buttons, or do they exist only in the demo version?

No this button is only for demo purpose. When you install the application these buttons will not be there anymore. To login to the system you will need to create new user from your admin panel and provide the credentials to your user.

So if you don’t want our financial bundle addon then you can customize your required payment gateway. Where is the RTL, multilingual, dark mode?

Ekattor8 doesn’t have an RTL feature. You can create multiple languages from superadmin panel and active a single language as a global language from the admin panel. We don’t have dark mode in this application.

1. Do schools get email notifications prior to the expiration date?
2. I noticed if a student is assigned to a parent, you can still assign the same student to another parent which will remove the child from the former parent. what if this is done accidentally? I think it will be good if there is a prompt warning to confirm before transferring the parent.
3. When trying to log in to a student, teacher, or parent account it says “Your school is yet to authorize this service” What can cause that?
4. I think attendance should be part of the marks as it is done in almost every school in Africa

3. Check if the school is pending in your superadmin panel’s school list. Or check if the school’s subscription is over or not. If it is not one of the above then send a ticket to our technical team. They will look into it.
4. This feature will require customization service because this is not common in some other areas. So we have to consider the bigger picture from our selling point of view.
