Hi Xaver, congratulations on this achievement, but to be honest I am sad to hear the news.

I see Mailster as the most affordable plugin for small companies in third countries, but it seems to be following other Newsletter plugins that offer expensive prices. In my opinion, it would be more affordable if the annual subscription price was not limited to 1 website. I know that developers need sustainability, but customers need affordable price too.

It’s just my opinion, thank you for your reply, I hope Mailster continues to grow better

Hi, i have this message : “This license is already in use can only be activated on a single site. If you are trying to move a license from another site, open the Account page under the plugin settings in the admin dashboard, click on deactivate license first, and then try again.”

Despite raising them through the proper channels through the Freemius support system and being promised full support of the product and also contacting you directly via your website to follow up, I have yet to receive any response.

Since purchasing your product approximately two weeks ago, none of my support issues have been addressed.

No support ID was ever generated for any of the 3 support tickets I opened with you during the ticket opening process also no confirmation email have been sent to me

I’ve done a breif recording showing me raising a ‘Test Support Ticket’ on your system it is clear no support ID is ever shown to the user during this process.

I still haven’t heard anything from you regarding the product Mailster I recently purchased through CodeCanyon, which comes with 6 months of support. I have submitted four support tickets in the past two weeks, none of which have been answered.

As discussed previously on this message thread all support tickets were raised correctly through your specified support channels.

BUG REPORT. After Version 4.0.9 update WooCommerce transactional emails are not being send.

Since you are so arrogant you don’t even listen to your buyers.. let me tell you that I have waisted my time doing your job and the problem is with mailster-mailersend.1.1.3 (1.1.2 works fine)

I know my support has expired but I just have a simple question and little help.

There is a tag {wp_id} but this is for WordPress user ID.

I want to add a custom tag/placeholder for the Mailster Subscriber ID so I can add it to newsletter emails.

Is there a tag for that? Can you help me with it?

I accessed your Support Hub and explored the Knowledge Base including this link: https://kb.mailster.co/tags-in-mailster/ but I found nothing about Tag for Subscriber ID.

I tried access Member Area to post my question but I don’t have account and there is no Register or Sign up menu link.

So, how can I post my question on your Support Hub?

Pre-Sales question: I’m interested in purchasing a license for Mailster from CodeCanyon ( Envato Marketplace). It’s unclear whether the CodeCanyon license covers a staging site (https://kb.mailster.co/licensing-information), such as staging.example.com, as well as the live site example.com. Could you confirm whether the CodeCanyon license covers both staging.example.com and example.com?

Additionally, your licensing information page states:

“Licenses purchased on or after the 1st of October 2022 include 6 months of auto-updates starting from the day of purchase.” Is this the case with the CodeCanyon license?

If so does the plugin stop updating itself after 6 months, is the process to download the Mailster Plugin via CodeCanyon and manually update it a safe and supported method for updating the plugin for Mailster installations covered by the CodeCanyon license?

Hey guys,

Deciding to use the software and I see several softwares are not implementing the google and yahoo important feature for list-unsubscribe where a button is available at the top of the emails. It is stated that emails will not make it to inboxes without being considered spam, which heavily affects delivery rate of emails being sent to mailing list subscribers. I’ve tested an email on my setup and that is not coming up. I also do not see any settings to modify this. How do we make this work?

hi, how it’s possible to add a tag to a customer? I mean customer tag inside customer profile (for segmentation). It’s possible during import, through wordpress sync (with a user custom field), or via API?

As mentioned, you can add tags while importing a CSV file with emails. Yes, Mailster has no API.

Question about an item on your knowledgebase regarding privacy. https://kb.mailster.co/where-are-the-module-screenshots/ Mailster tries to create screenshots of your template files on the fly on one of our servers.

What if I do not what mailster to take screenshots of my template files and store them on your servers? What have you done to protect our confidentiality as customers with those screenshots? Can we opt out of those module screenshots being taken and stored on your server? Can we have those screenshots instead created and stored on our own server?

I’ve already checked your support area and there is nothing in there about this database table.

I purchased your plugin in 2020 and this is actually the first time I’ve had a question.

I just need to know if its normal to have nearly 3 Million rows of data on this table which now represents almost half my database size and if not, if its ok to empty the table.

The table contains data for the old campaign. I assume you are keeping your old campaigns. Please make a full backup of your DB and installation and delete some of the old campaigns that you do not need anymore. It should help the size of your database.

I bought this years ago and been using it fine. Today I get an email from evato saying there is a vulnerability in my version, which I thought odd as I have it to auto update. Big surprise it hasn’t been updated in two years.

Now I read that auto update is not supported. WTF is this BS and HTF do you get away with this? I paid years ago for the product and the updates. I guess it is yet another update to F$ with the customers.

Very disappointed in the BS business practice. Don’t let the door hit you in your greedy a$$ on my way out.

I just spent about an hour getting my welcome mail ready. When I clicked Save, everything was gone. All text, links, etc. Great job! Uninstalled!
